Stock Membership

 

Stock Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to theses facilities.  Stockholders have voting privileges and unlimited use of range.  Cart privileges are available at an additional cost.

• Social Events
• Cart Fee $12.00
• Participation in the MGA and LGA
• Voting privilege
• Eligible (after 5 years) to hold board or committee position
• Must purchase 1 share of stock

Stock Purchasing Membership

 

Stock Purchasing Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to these facilities.  Stock must be paid in full before it can be redeemed and acquire voting rights.  Stock certificate will be received after paid in full.   Cart privileges are available at an additional cost.

 

Privileges Include:

 

• Stock Purchase of 1 share of stock at $5,000.00 paid over a maximum of 60 months
• Full club access to golf, tennis, swimming, and dining
• Cart Fee $12.00 
• Social Events
• Participation in the MGA and LGA   
• Voting privilege (Stock must be paid in full)
• Eligible (after 5 years, stock must be paid in full)

Senior Non-Stock Membership

 

Senior Non-Stock Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to these facilities.  Membership does not require a stock purchase.   Cart privileges are available at an additional cost.

 

Privileges Include:

 

• Full club access to golf, tennis, swimming, and dining
• Social Events
• Minimum age of 70 years old
• Cart fee $17.00

Initiation Fee……………$2,500.00

Stock Purchase………..Not Required

Monthly Dues………….$255.00

 

 

 

 

Junior Membership

 

Junior Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to theses facilities.  Membership does not require a stock purchase until age 35 is reached.  The upgrade to Stock Holder Membership requires a purchase of one share of stock at $5,000.00 with no additional initiation fee.  Monthly dues will increase to $285.00.   Cart privileges are available at an additional cost.

 

Privileges Include:

 

• Full club access to golf, tennis, swimming, and dining
• Social Events
• Cart fee  $17.00
• Must be under the age of 35
• To maintain full membership after the age of 35, must purchase one share of stock in for $5,000.00, initiation fee waived.  Monthly Due will increase after age 35.

Corporate Membership

 

Corporate Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to these facilities.  Membership does require a stock purchase by the corporation.  Each individual must pay a $2,500.00 initiation fee with monthly dues.  The corporation guarantees all individual members’ accounts.  Cart privileges are available at an additional cost. 

 

Privileges Include:

 

• Full club access to golf, tennis, swimming, and dining
• Social Events
• Cart fee $12.00
• Purchase of one share of stock for $5,000.00
• May have up 10 individuals, not additional stock purchase
• Individuals to pay $2,500.00 initiation fee and monthly dues.
• Corporation to guarantee all individual members’ accounts.

Executive Golf Membership

 

 Executive Golf Membership offers full club access to the championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming facilities, dining and all social events related to these facilities.  Membership does not require a stock purchase but may upgrade at any time. Requirement for upgrade to Stock is $5,000.00 with an additional initiation fee of $1,500.00.  Cart privileges are available at an additional cost.
